The AI Camera-Based Auto Braking System automatically stops forklift when a pedestrian or worker enters a predefined safety zone or distance.
Using advanced AI image recognition, the system continuously monitors the surrounding area and instantly detects people in real time.
When a person is detected within the set zone, the system automatically applies the brakes - without requiring the operator to press the brake pedal. This proactive safety solution helps prevent collision and enhances safety in warehouses, factories, and industrial environments.
QY allows Speed Control and Brake Control zones to be configured individually for each camera channel. When a person is detected within a designated zone, the system operates according to the configured Speed or Brake Control settings. The Speed Zone is displayed in yellow, while the Brake Zone is displayed in red. System behavior and the red border blinking pattern vary depending on whether Integrated Mode is enabled or disabled.
